What is collected
This site has no contact form and collects no personal data from you. If you want to reach NeuSence, you write from your own mailbox to hello@neusence.com — what you share in that message is entirely your decision.
Technical data
NeuSence records no technical data about your visit. The infrastructure serving these pages keeps short-lived connection logs for its own security and operations, as every internet service does; NeuSence does not access or store them.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising, profiling or analytics cookies. There is no third-party tracker, no social pixel and no external font service — the typefaces are served from our own origin. That is why you are never asked for cookie consent here.
Why it is processed
If you email us: to read and answer your message, to judge whether the service fits your situation, and to continue the correspondence. Nothing else.
Lawful basis
When you write to us of your own volition, the information in your message is processed to take steps prior to a contract — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), KVKK Art. 5/2-c. You may end the correspondence and request erasure at any time.
Who receives it
Your data is never sold and never shared for advertising. Your visit to this site is shared with no third party. If you email us, your message resides with Hostinger, which hosts the business mailbox; its servers are outside Türkiye, so the correspondence involves an international transfer under KVKK Art. 9. Cloudflare, Inc. serves and protects the pages and processes no personal data of yours. Data may also be disclosed to a public authority acting on a lawful, properly issued request.
How it is collected
No data is collected through this site. Personal data reaches us only when you write to us directly, by your own submission.
How long it is kept
If no commercial relationship follows, the correspondence is deleted within 12 months of your enquiry being closed. That period is not arbitrary: a corporate evaluation often runs over several months, and this is the shortest window that still allows a meaningful reply. If one does follow, data is kept for the duration of that relationship and for the limitation periods the applicable law requires. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it has been transferred to at home or abroad; have it corrected if incomplete or wrong; request its erasure; require that any correction or erasure be notified to those third parties; object to a decision produced solely by automated analysis that works against you; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Under the GDPR you also hold the rights to portability and to restrict processing.
Making a request
Write to hello@neusence.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days. We may ask for further information to confirm your identity. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority, or to your local supervisory authority in the EU.
Security
All traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted. No data-collecting endpoint is live on this site. Correspondence is held in the business mailbox and read only by authorized people.
We do not collect what we have no reason to hold.
